Shipping Information
We Only Ship to the Billing Address On Your Credit Card. Please Do Not Request A Different Shipping Address.
Orders normally ship within two business days. If there is a delay you will be notified.
We ship USPS 1st Class Mail with delivery confirmation, normal delivery takes 3-5 business days.
Return Instruction
If you are dissatisfied with your new unworn jewelry for any reason, you may return your purchase for a full refund, less original shipping charges and 10% restocking fee, within 30 days from purchase.
Jewelry which has been worn, or the tag has been removed, will not be elegible for a refund but qualifies for our "lifetime replacement guarantee" (see below).

Lifetime Replacement Guarantee
Layered 14K gold and rhodium jewelry and our beautiful rings come with a written lifetime replacement guarantee backed by our manufacturer.
If you lose your guarantee certificate, you may contact us at info@goldchainstore.com
You will be asked to mail the certificate along with the jewelry to the address listed on the certificate and include a small charge for return postage. Your chain, ring, pendant, etc. will be replaced with the exact product or one similar if your item is no longer in production
Clean your layered gold chain with soap and water ONLY. Be sure to read your guarantee certificate as it contains CARE INSTRUCTIONS.
